INDIA vs INDIA

India, a country which is having the oldest of civilization and a great culture. But where we are standing now. Indeed need a serious thought about it. We hailed from a great civilization and culture. But the way people exploiting it is in a negative way. When the Great Gandhiji brought us freedom about 62 years back, he would not have thought that India would fall under the current circumstances. Poverty is not the only thing that we are fighting against now! The list is endless.

The deadliest enemy that we have to fight against is within us, the way we think. Even I know the people who curses Gandhiji for bringing us freedom. "India would have get freedom by now even if there was no MohanDas KaramChand Gandhi. And there would n't be having slavery and violence to Indians from British as earlier as UN were formed in early 80's. India would have been a better place to live, more developed in any aspects. A good example is Hong Kong. " This is what some people have to say about our freedom. The people have seen the growth of Hong Kong will certainly think this way. Shocking! Isn't it?

To those people I just have to ask one thing. Are we lack the potential and manpower to do the same what British would have done? We have it in us and we don't use it! why do we need to depend on British or US to help us with the technology and wisdom when we are blessed with enough resources, potential and manpower. This is where we need some serious thinking. We have a great new generation who are ready to prove the world what Indians are all about. Some of them are not coming forward as they want someone to start the proceedings and some are migrating to the foreign countries to work and earn their living once they finished their bachelor or master degree. The reason they have to say is because of the lack of opportunities in India. But for the last few years we can see a dip in those people migrating to other countries for job and living. A good sign for India's future. And we had to wait very long to realize the meaning of what Swami Vivekanandan said about 100yrs back, "My faith is in younger generation".

I happened to see this video in Youtube and it inspired me alot. Take a look.

Why Must we vote for Shashi Tharoor

I am not an expert in current Political situation in Kerala. But am the same 'Stupid Common Man' (The Famous Term used by Nasarudheen Shah in A Wednesday movie)like you all. Recently I read an email about the educational qualifications of our current ministers. At first I had a good laugh at it. But later I could realize that there is a lot to think about it. I was wondering when I read newspapers and find the articles on the boom of India, and not to mention China of course. As a Keralite my first priority to look in to will be our state Kerala, so called Gods Own Country. I couldn't see any developments or so called boom, happening in our state. But could find a lot about other states in India.

Are the Central Government ignoring Kerala? the answer is 'NO'. They are doing everything what they are doing for other states. But the truth is we the stupid common men are not getting any benefits from that due to our own state Government, by delaying a lot of useful projects and spending the central govt. funds for their own benefits. Who is responsible for all these. The answer is 'We The Stupid Common Men'.

We have a 'traditional' tendency to blame our Government for every single thing. If so why do we still vote for them. We have been ruled by those criminals who are involved in all those anti-indian acticity like smuggling, terrorism and a lot more. We know about it and we still vote for them. Why? What we need now is Ministers who is capable of Developing our state. I don't expect the corruption to get swept away in a single day. But we need some changes in it. I really pity those youngsters who blindly follow the current political leaders and making silly riots and die for them. The only way we can overcome all these is by a leader who is educated and creative in his own perspective. At the current situation my answer for that leader is Mr. Shashi Tharoor. As many people think me too don't expect him to change the whole system in one day. But why don't we give him a chance to prove himself right. We have been voting to those criminals till date and we know about the outcome. Am not favoring any political party, but I see the potential in Shashi Tharoor as a Leader. Think about it.

Some of us may not be Familiar with Mr. Shashi Tharoor, for those there is a lot of resources and articles to know him in web, or by his own books like 'Midnight to Millennium' etc. So people it's time to wake up and start thinking.
